Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on casinomw, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any financial transaction through the casinomw platform, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and casinomw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the casinomw platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by casinomw, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules communicated within individual game interfaces. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

casinomw reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to casinomw and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. casinomw strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. casinomw conducts age verification checks and may request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal Account: You must be registering and operating the account entirely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registrations and nominee accounts are strictly forbidden.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one active account on casinomw. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying indicator, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all accounts.
• Honest Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration and Management

Registration Process

To access real-money features on casinomw, you must complete the full registration process via the casinomw Login page. Registration requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address within Bangladesh.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinomw account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. casinomw will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@casinomw and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Currency

All casinomw accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. The minimum account balance required to place a bet is subject to individual game minimums as displayed within each game interface.

• You may not transfer funds between casinomw accounts.

• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any available balance after written notice has been issued to the registered email address.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• casinomw does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which casinomw accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your casinomw account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to clear.
• casinomw reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing deposits that exceed platform-defined thresholds.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary depending on your account verification tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy). This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• All outstanding KYC verification requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally completed fastest.
• casinomw reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified by email if additional checks are required.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

casinomw offers a range of bonus campaigns and promotional incentives to registered players in Bangladesh, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, registered players aged 18 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible for bonus offers.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from accounts without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Active: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is ৳1,000, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of bonus winnings.

• Right to Modify or Withdraw: casinomw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

Section 6

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All casino games and sports betting markets on casinomw are governed by the rules specific to each game or market as displayed within the game interface or betting market. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the platform.

Casino Games

• All casino games on casinomw are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer mechanics as applicable.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are as certified by the respective game provider. casinomw does not alter RTP settings beyond the standard configurations supplied by providers.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active game round, the game round will be treated as void and the stake will be returned to the player's balance. casinomw's decision on technical disputes is final.
• Players are not permitted to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with casino games. Any such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted on the understanding that the player has read and understood the rules of the specific market as displayed on the platform. Bets placed in error by the player are not refundable.
• casinomw reserves the right to void bets or entire events in cases of obvious pricing error, data feed failure, match abandonment, or circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. In-play odds are subject to change or suspension at any time without notice. A bet is confirmed only when the platform issues a bet confirmation reference number to the player.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are displayed within the relevant market. Winning bets that exceed maximum payout limits will be settled at the published maximum payout rather than the full calculated return.
• Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, are subject to the detailed cricket betting rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on casinomw and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with casinomw.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated script, bot, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information abuse in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing casinomw staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the casinomw platform software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to disguise your true geographical location, identity, or device.
• Any conduct that in casinomw's reasonable judgment constitutes dishonest, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward the platform or its player community.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your casinomw account at any time by contacting support@casinomw. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Suspension and Forced Closure by casinomw

casinomw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Confirmed underage access (player found to be under 18 years of age).
• Confirmed multiple account registration.
• Abusive behaviour directed toward platform staff or other players.
• Circumstances where continued account operation presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to casinomw.

In cases of forced closure due to confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, casinomw reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds deposited by the player, where permitted under applicable fraud and anti-money-laundering frameworks.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casinomw, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the casinomw platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses on casino games or sports betting markets.
• Technical errors, system outages, internet connectivity failures, or any interruption to platform access beyond casinomw's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by casinomw in the legitimate exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bet voiding, or bonus forfeiture.

casinomw provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur with limited advance notice.

Amendments to These Terms

casinomw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide notice via email to the registered address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon your next login to casinomw.

Your continued use of the casinomw platform after the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support@casinomw.
